Okay, so it's time for tonight's Halloween Hullabaloo entry. Cannonball Jones, whose tastes seem a tad more catholic than my own, has posted a rap song of all things. Not a genre I know much about, but I'd think horror-esque rap songs would be few and far between, so chalk one up for inclusivity and a good find. Well done, that man!
For myself, I've decided to go with an instrumental, Night Of The Werewolf, by Lee Kristofferson; a man about whom I know absolutely bugger-all, which does, I'll admit, make the writing of the obligatory blurb rather easier than normal—I don't have to write it at all. Yay! Discogs list three records by him, all singles. This one's from 1977, and was the flip-side of Dinner With Drac, a spoken-word 'song' which consisted of several rather corny horror-themed limericks strung together with a few guitar licks—and beyond that, memory fails. This, the B-side, though, is quite lovely.
