[…] According To Religion… April 24th, 2014 — “Originally posted on the superstitious naked ape:Daz:Perfect! Originally posted on the superstitious naked ape: View original” […]
I get fed up with the religious, christians especially, who tell me that I’m automatically a flawed specimen because all humans beings are flawed. They might have something wrong with them but it’s insulting to go around telling others that they have an inbuilt fault that they can do nothing about.
It is not religion you need but a relationship with God, to know Him personally, which can only come through repentance and faith in Christ.
Moreover, the ultimate harm is done to people who are not warned of the eternal damnation that awaits those who are not saved.
So Bob is in an abusive relationship with the creator of the universe. And I thought I was arrogant!
Daz, allow me to post the ultimate riposte to Bob’s mess above…
30 billion years eh, Bob. Yep, you’re fuckin’ kidding me…
Kidding us, kidding those you seek to annoy – and ultimately kidding yourself.
I was born in a feckin’ supernova. And Yahweh made you from….what?
Bob, I need no relationship with imaginary beings, and certainly not with your particular version who is—or would be, were he to exist—a self-important, vain, arrogant, bullying, genocidal control-freak who mistakes his own personal taste for moral judgement.
Bob, I don’t need saving and I don’t need imaginary friends (I gave them up by the time I was 5), I have planty of real ones.
